The Even Realities G1 smart glasses are a next-generation wearable technology designed to seamlessly integrate augmented reality (AR) and artificial intelligence (AI) into everyday eyewear. They feature a Holistic Adaptive Optical System (HAOS), a micro-LED-based heads-up display (HUD) that projects digital information in the user’s field of view. The display appears to be about two-five meters away, allowing users to read notifications, navigation prompts, and real-time translations without obstructing their natural vision.
The G1 supports real-time translation for 13 languages, displaying translated text directly in the user’s line of sight. This feature is particularly useful for travelers, business professionals, and international students who need instant comprehension of foreign languages. The translation engine uses cloud-based AI, meaning it improves over time and provides more accurate contextual translations.
The glasses integrate GPS-based navigation and display turn-by-turn directions. Users can see upcoming turns, estimated time of arrival (ETA), and distance to their destination. Ideal for walking, cycling, or driving, as the HUD provides guidance without requiring users to look at their phones. The adaptive brightness of the HUD ensures visibility in different lighting conditions.
The Even Realities G1 smart glasses revolutionise public speaking with their cutting-edge built-in teleprompter. Effortlessly upload your script via the app and watch it scroll seamlessly as you speak, keeping you confident and focused. With AI voice-sync, manual touch navigation, and automatic scrolling modes, you’ll deliver flawless presentations while maintaining natural eye contact.
The G1 comes with a built-in AI assistant that offers several features: QuickNotes: Hands-free voice-to-text note-taking, useful for meetings, lectures, or personal reminders. Teleprompt Mode: Ideal for presenters, allowing them to see scripted text as they speak. Smart Notifications: Displays text messages, calendar events, and app notifications without disrupting focus.
The glasses use two buttons hidden behind the temple tips, allowing for quick access to dictation mode. Gesture-based controls, such as a head tilt, can activate the display. Customization options let users adjust the reading distance and text height for comfort.
Even Realities is unlocking endless possibilities with open-source development for the G1 smart glasses! Developers can access demo source code on GitHub to create custom apps, innovate new features, and push the limits of what G1 can do. Join a growing community shaping the future of smart eyewear–because the best technology is built together!
The frame is made from lightweight magnesium alloys with a sandstone coating, balancing durability and style. The adaptive temple support is crafted from hypoallergenic titanium alloys and silicone, ensuring a comfortable fit for long-term wear. The modular lens design allows opticians to replace lenses for prescription updates or if they get scratched. A clip-on accessory transforms them into sunglasses for outdoor use.
The G1 has a 160mAh battery, providing up to 1.5 days of use on a single charge. The glasses come with a 2,000mAh charging case, capable of recharging them 2.5 times before needing to be plugged in.
